Rental Conditions
  • May 1 to November 1 - rent by the week or longer
  • November 1 to May 1 - minimum 2 week rentals required by the Board of Directors

Rental Rates (up to 4 people)

  • Mid-December through Easter Week - $1500/week
  • The week after Easter Week through the end of July - $850/week
  • The end of July through mid-December - $750/week
* Add 11% tax + a $30 application fee payable to the condo complex.
* $100/week/additional person (Maximum 6 people)
* Discounts apply with 4 or more weeks rental and for repeat renters.
* All rentals are Saturday to Saturday, some exceptions may be available
